Okay, this may be a bit of a tricky one. The online specs for this model say it has an AMD Radeon HD 8670M Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) graphics card and 1.7 GHz Intel Core i3-4010U with Intel HD Graphics 4400. They don't specify the chipset version. The user manual for the computer suggests that it could be an Intel HM76 Express Chipset. You can download Intel's chipset identification utility here:

HP does offer a chipset driver with a recent date on their downloads page but it makes no mention of Windows 10 compatibility. Still you should try it. The chipset driver is the most important and ideally it should be the first driver that is installed in a new operating system.
